Notice anything?

I know right…something has changed around here but you just can’t seem to put your finger on it! 

BAM!  It’s a new blog design!

I’ve been working with Brittany from Gallery No. 8 on this little beauty.  Correction, she’s been working while I ask numerous questions on whether my ideas are even possible.  Turns out they are all thanks to Brittany!  If your blogs reflection is looking a bit droopy, check her out!  She recently did work over at Rambling Renovators too…of course it’s amazing!



I love that the new design incorporates the wood grain background from my old header.  I have a hard time letting go of things and frankly, I just like the idea of that being part of the design.  And for those who know me in real life, you know I’m a lover of neutrals, gray being my favorite.  I share this color palate that I found on Pinterest with Brittany and we she was able to build the design from there with a few slight modifications.



In addition to looking better, HSR has also become a bit easier to navigate.  The Project and Life pages now have categories that fall out under each page for easy reference. 

She has also made it a million times easier for us to connect thanks to some new social media buttons!  Like me on Instagram for sneak peaks into upcoming projects.

And to top things off, I now have a page for all of you fellow bloggers as well under my Good Reads.  I’m so excited to be a part of the blogging community and I wanted a place to share where I get my inspiration.
